This mysterious pilot turns out to be the previous version of himself from the future, where time travel is in his infancy. He risked everything to go back in time on a secret mission. Together, they must embark on an adventure in the past to find the father, fix things and save the world. As the three work together, young and adult Adam come to terms with the loss of their father and are given the opportunity to heal the wounds that formed them.
